We strive for customer satisfaction, making the customer happy is our primary goal. All orders processed within 48 hours if the item is in stock. All orders are shipped with First Class 3 - 8 Business Day delivery time on average in the United States. Low shipping cost of $4.99 for all U.S. orders. Priority shipping and International shipping is also available.

Due to the nature of the product all sales are final and no refunds will be granted. Defective items may be returned for replacement if the customer notifies Spice Island via email within five (5) days of receiving defective product, and if the customer mails the defective product at his or her expense within five (5) days and if the customer notifies Spice Island of the shipment tracking number within one (1) day of shipment. Package must also be unopened.
